Weight today: 0.6 pounds down from yesterday. I need to lose 3 pounds per week.
I had three meals today.
breakfast was oatmeal and coffee both with milk & a banana - 300
lunch was a bunch of sugary crap - 300
dinner was take away - 820
crystal light with 3g. fiber - 10
Total calories for the day: 1430
Exercise: a teeny bit of running/walking
Goals for tomorrow:
No sugar.
No artificial sweetener. (no soda, gum, candy, crystal light)
1500 calorie limit.
Exercise more than today.

The no-sugar, no-sweetner idea is probably a really good one. I've found that the more sweet stuff i have, the more i want, as little sense as that may make. I'm sure you'll do great and meet your goals tomorrow. Stay strong! :)

thats not weird, i think its good you do that for people who aren't very popular on here. i can wait..thanks in advance though :D
you can so lose 3lbs per week, that'll be easy especially if you cut down on sugar.

yeah i agree, a little turns into wanting alot..
i LOVE sugary stuff!
its so hard for me to not have it because then i want it even moreee.
fruit seems to help curb that want.
but sometimes i HAVE to have something sweet and bad. LOL
