Goal was: 1200-1500
I kinda feel like I'll barf. 6 cups of rich creamy potato soup right before bed...
Tomorrow I hope to rise early and go for a walk/run/waddle before many folks are up and about. Also before the heat sets in. It's been over 100*F lately.

Going for that walk/run--no, you're certainly not big enough to waddle, hunny--will work off that soup that's making you feel awful. Hang in there and keep working. You'll see results.
I know exactly what you mean with the run/walk/waddle. I'm a runner but I can't seem to get into decent running shape this summer. Best of luck tomorrow.
