Weight this morning: 211.4 (down 1lb since yesterday!) I know this is going to slow down soon, in fact I'll probably gain tomorrow.
Fast food for two meals messed up this day... Calories: 1665.
Exercise: 10 miles of cycling, -260 calories.
Weekends are so hard :(
And tomorrow will be big family breakfast...
